Dr. Stabak Roy

Dr. Stabak Roy is an accomplished academician and researcher with expertise in Geography, Disaster Management, and Urban Planning. He holds a Ph.D. in "Infrastructural Attributes and Aspects of Railway Transport System: A Geographical Analysis" from Tripura University. With over 5 years of research and 2 years of teaching experience, Dr. Roy has contributed significantly to understanding regional planning, transport systems, and sustainable development. Dr. Roy has published extensively in reputed journals, showcasing his work in railway infrastructure development, urban morphology, and climate resilience in transport systems. He has delivered lectures and presented papers at international platforms, including the University of Gdańsk, Poland, where he received the prestigious Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit Scholarship. As an active member of various academic bodies, including the Regional Science Association of India and the Indian Geographical Society, Dr. Roy's contributions extend to reviewing and editorial roles for international journals. His work reflects a commitment to integrating geographical analysis with practical solutions for sustainable regional development.
