Ms. Tina Paul

Ms. Tina Paul is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, School of Commerce and Management, Techno India University Tripura.\r\n\r\nSpecialization\r\nHer area of specialization is Human Resource Management.\r\n\r\nResearch and Teaching Interests\r\nHer research interest includes HRD Practices, Work Engagement and Customer Service Competencies: An empirical study of Select Budgeted Hotels. Her teaching interests span across Human Resource Management, Performance Management and Competency Mapping, Labour Law and Industrial Relations, Human Resource Development and Organization Development, Payroll, Organizational Behavior, Business Research Methodology, Marketing Management, and Business Law and Ethics.\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\nShe is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Lovely Professional University. She holds an MBA in Human Resource from Acharya Bangalore B-School and a PGDM in Marketing from the same institution.\r\n\r\nExperience\r\nShe has 4 years of teaching experience, 4.5 years of research experience, and over 5 years of industry experience.\r\n\r\nPublications\r\nShe has published one book chapter and one research paper in a Scopus-indexed journal.\r\n\r\nAwards and Recognition\r\nShe has completed a certification course on HR Analytics from the University of California, Irvine, and received a certificate from AICTE on Universal Human Values (UHV).\r\n
