Dr. Jayeeta Debnath Munshi

Dr. Jayeeta Debnath Munshi is an Associate Professor in the School of Commerce, Management and Economics, Techno India University, Tripura, with over 18 years of academic and professional experience across the Techno Group of Universities and Colleges. Her areas of specialization span Design Thinking, Strategic Management, HR Analytics, Human Resource Management, Labour Law, Organizational Design, and Business Strategy. Alongside her academic career, Dr. Munshi has served in multifaceted professional capacities — as an HR Consultant, Placement Coordinator, Academic Content Leader, and Subject Expert in Management — contributing both in India and abroad. She has published more than 17 research papers, along with conference presentations and book chapters, and is currently guiding five research scholars in the fields of Human Resource Management and Marketing. Her professional journey also includes significant administrative and research roles, having served as Administrative Head and Research and Data Analysis Expert, demonstrating her expertise in leadership and organizational management. Deeply committed to mentoring, she has actively engaged with foreign students in exchange programs and guided numerous articles, projects, and dissertations. Dr. Munshi holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA, reflecting her strong academic foundation. Known for her exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills, she brings a proactive and adaptive approach to professional challenges. She is also fluent in multiple languages and maintains active membership in reputed professional and industry organizations. In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Dr. Munshi is an author of both fiction and non-fiction works, with several titles available on Amazon and Kindle. Her diverse career embodies a blend of scholarship, leadership, creativity, and global engagement.
