Mr. Anip Chakraborty

Mr. Anip Chakraborty is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Techno India University, Tripura, specializing in Constitutional and Administrative Law. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and an LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, and is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law at Alliance University, Bengaluru. He qualified the NE SLET 2024 and has been the recipient of multiple Academic Excellence Awards and Meritorious Scholarships during his academic journey.\\r\\nMr. Chakraborty’s teaching and research focus on constitutional governance, federalism, judicial review, administrative accountability, and public policy, reflecting a strong interdisciplinary orientation. His publications in reputed national and international law journals address critical issues in constitutional morality, human rights, and environmental justice.\\r\\nIn the classroom, he adopts a student-centric and analytical approach, emphasizing doctrinal clarity, ethical responsibility, and engagement with contemporary socio-political contexts. Beyond teaching, he actively contributes to research, seminars, and legal awareness programs aimed at strengthening access to justice and promoting civic responsibility. Through his dedication to scholarship and public service, Mr. Chakraborty continues to inspire students and advance the mission of progressive legal education at TIUT.
