Dr. Poorvi Singh Chaudhary

Dr. Poorvi Singh Chaudhary is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Techno India University, Tripura. She holds a Ph.D. in Law and specializes in Criminal Law, Labour Law, and emerging domains such as Fintech Regulation, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotic Law.\r\nHer research and teaching reflect a strong interdisciplinary orientation, bridging law, technology, and governance. With seven publications in reputed journals, Dr. Chaudhary’s academic work explores contemporary developments in international law, jurisprudence, and the regulatory landscape of financial technologies.\r\nIn addition to her teaching role, she has contributed as a legal consultant in institutional policy, curriculum design, and legislative analysis, effectively connecting legal theory with professional practice. Known for her innovative pedagogy and commitment to student mentorship, she continues to foster critical thinking, legal reasoning, and ethical awareness among her students while advancing scholarly discourse in emerging areas of law.
