Ms. Tandra Nag serves as a Library Assistant at Techno India University, Tripura, bringing both academic excellence and professional experience in the field of Library and Information Science. She holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (M.Lib.Sc.) and is deeply committed to knowledge organization, digital information management, and the integration of emerging technologies in academic libraries.\r\nBefore joining TIUT, Ms. Nag worked as a Visiting Faculty at ICFAI University, where she contributed to the Department of Library and Information Science by mentoring students in both theoretical and practical domains. She has also gained hands-on experience through her involvement in a Library Automation Project under Avior Technology Ltd. at Maharaja Bir Bikram (MBB) University, which strengthened her technical understanding of automated library systems.\r\nMs. Nag envisions libraries as dynamic canters for learning and research, playing a vital role in bridging traditional scholarship with digital innovation. Guided by her vision “to learn, contribute, and change the image of the library profession,” she strives to make libraries more inclusive, resourceful, and future-ready.\r\nThrough her dedication, professional ethics, and passion for continuous learning, Ms. Tandra Nag contributes significantly to TIUT’s mission of academic excellence, supporting its goal of being a leading knowledge hub and research-driven university in Tripura.\r\n
