Deeksharambh 2025 - The Students' induction Programme of TIUT

Deeksharambh 2025 – Student Induction Programme at Techno India University, Tripura\r\n\r\nTechno India University, Tripura (TIUT) organized Deeksharambh 2025, the Student Induction Programme for newly admitted students across both AICTE-approved and UGC programmes, designed to welcome them into the TIUT academic and cultural community. The induction for AICTE programmes commenced on 25 July 2025, followed by the inauguration of UGC programmes on 1 August 2025. Both sessions began with traditional lamp lighting and opening addresses that set the tone for a journey of academic excellence and personal growth. Prof. (Dr.) Ratan Kumar Saha, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, in his address, motivated the students to approach higher education with curiosity, creativity, and discipline, emphasizing the importance of ethical conduct, innovation, and social responsibility. The events were attended by deans, faculty members, and invited speakers who introduced the students to the institutional framework, academic structure, and student support systems. Interactive sessions were held on topics such as outcome-based education, skill development, research, and employability. Various departments showcased their initiatives and academic achievements, giving students an overview of the opportunities available within the university. The programmes also included cultural performances, ice-breaking sessions, and mentor-mentee interactions that fostered a sense of belonging and enthusiasm among the new entrants. Through Deeksharambh 2025, TIUT reaffirmed its commitment to holistic education, blending academic learning with practical exposure, interdisciplinary engagement, and value-based growth.
